Table and Room Bookings

The Students’ Association books all rooms & tables for all recognized student groups. Additionally, the Association is responsible for booking all on-campus tables, whether it’s a polytechnic department, a group of Red Deer Polytechnic students, or a class. For all room and table bookings, we require a minimum of one week’s notice. To book, simply complete the applicable form below and submit.
